They have a diagnosis of autism, learning disabilities and physical disabilities. They love going shopping, bowling, social clubs, pub, swimming, cinema and visits with family. 

This is a rewarding role where you will be adding value and making people’s lives better every day.

You will provide:

  • Personal care and support with getting out and about.
  • Promoting independence and decision making
  • Promoting social inclusion and positive engagement in the community
  • Work together with the behaviour support team and the family to provide the best possible support.
  • Money management, cooking, medication management.

Cambridgeshire  Area

Senior Care Worker

We are looking for enthusiastic Senior Care Workers in Bedfordshire Area to help with personal & functional care and associated domestic services for them to meet their needs.  The individuals you will care for may include frail elderly people, those with a disability and people who need assistance to continue living in their own homes and community.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities – Appropriate for this post:

  • Undertake managerial administrative tasks. These duties include accessing and updating information on computer based management information systems, for example, producing high
    quality individual person centred support plans,
  • In conjunction with service users / families / partners / professionals and colleagues, carry out assessments & reviews in relation to service users and their care needs. Compile accurate paper based and/or electronic person centred support plans. Maintain up-to-date and accurate daily dairy notes in relation to service users and their care needs.

Bedfordshire Area

Care Manager

The position of care manager is a front-line leadership role within a residential care setting. As a care manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care setting, including recruiting and managing staff, managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national care standards.

We are looking for enthusiastic Care Manager in Bedfordshire Area to help with the management of staff and support the strategic growth of the business.

Roles can vary depending on the setting, but you’ll typically need to:

  • Ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care,
  • Manage budgets and the financial effectiveness of the setting,
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Liaise with and maintain partnerships with other local community organisations
  • Ensure any regulatory activity, such as personal care and administering medicines, is delivered within regulations

End of Life Care Manager

This will be achieved by the development of proactive and personalised care for everyone approaching and at the end of their life. 

We are looking for enthusiastic End of Life  Care Manager in our Rutland Office, Leicestershire to help with the management of staff and support the strategic growth of the business.
