You will provide:

Personal care and support with getting out and about.
Promoting independence and decision making
Promoting social inclusion and positive engagement in the community
Work together with the behaviour support team and the family to provide the best possible support.

Senior Care Worker

Accountabilities/Responsibilities – Appropriate for this post:

Undertake managerial administrative tasks. These duties include accessing and updating information on computer based management information systems, for example, producing high
quality individual person centred support plans,
In conjunction with service users / families / partners / professionals and colleagues, carry out assessments & reviews in relation to service users and their care needs. Compile accurate paper based and/or electronic person centred support plans. Maintain up-to-date and accurate daily dairy notes in relation to service users and their care needs.

Care Manager

The position of care manager is a front-line leadership role within a residential care setting. As a care manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care setting, including recruiting and managing staff, managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national care standards.
